It seems that some of my services go hand in hand, and that is probably for good reason!

My major driving force is to help people take control of their health and their lives and everything I do on this site is aimed at supporting that effort.

As a result, I have put together some packages that I think may be of assistance if you are looking at making some healthier changes in your life, but just don't really know where to start!

We can then go home, and we can do the same with your cupboards and fridge, and then end with an 1.5 hour personal cooking lesson on ANY of the recipes from my first term menu (or we can decide together). That way we are in your kitchen, using your utensils and cookware and you will know for sure that you can recreate this dish! I will also give you a copy of my e-book so you can refer to it at any time. Over $105 value for only $90! Should take about 4 hours all up.

Package Number 2 - The Entertainer! - $65

This is a fantastic package for those who love to cook, and love to entertain, but are too scared to do both! I will give you a personalised menu plan and come to your house to show you the main recipe in a 1.5 hour cooking lesson in your own kitchen! $75 value for only $65!

Package Number 3 - The Detox Overhaul! -$95

This is a fantastic gift if you are planning on having a baby, or have just discovered someone in the family has allergies or sensitivities. We can do a shopping trip to make sure all of your products are as healthy as can be under the circumstances, come home and do the same to your fridge and cupboards, and then, I will show you how to do the basics of cleaning your home with non-toxic products like bicarb soda, eucalyptus oil and vinegar! To support all of this and keep giving you more ideas I will also include a copy of my e-book. Huge value of $106.50 for only $95!
